Cindy’s Song Pick: Phoenix “Lisztomania”
Bill’s Menu Pairing: A light dinner with LOTS of champagne. A light poached salmon salad, mustard vinaigrette, little blanch carrots, shaved radish – simple and light, big pitcher of water. Song plays and we go crazy: flip tables, bottles of champagne and silver wear are everywhere.
Bill’s Menu Pick: Mojitos, big giant shrimp cocktail with Habanero cocktail sauce, spit-roasted goat on soft white buns, Swisher Sweets, really ripe mangos.
